Allison
Allison West is the owner and creator of Rincon Events. Inspired by her Mother’s success as the creator of Georgia’s, Four Oaks Manor, a farmhouse full-service wedding venue,she too wanted to create weddings with spectacular design, food, and flowers. After living in Nosara, Costa Rica for 3 years, she sold her first sushi bar and traveled to Rincon, Puerto Rico. That surf trip turned into her new home.
Almost 9 year later, she has established a popular sushi bar, Pool Bar Sushi, a successful catering business and now a full service events company. She specializes in creating an entire experience where no detail has been spared. On your big day you can expect Allison to be overseeing the entire event, from final touches of the decor to making sure all the staff is in their place.

Cassandra
Rincon Events and Allison welcomed Cassandra Raff as a partner in the spring of 2014. Cassandra specializes in communication, design, and front of the house management. On the big day you can expect her to be with the bridal party calming nerves and arranging details.
After graduating from Kent State University, she opened her first business The Closet in her hometown of St. Augustine, Florida. Cassandra has been visiting Puerto Rico since 2006 and in 2012 decided to make this beautiful town of Rincon her home. She has worked in the service industry for 15 years; becoming an Event Coordinator has turned her love of design, creating, and communication into a career she is passionate about.

Timmins
Timmins Mervin is from Charlotte SC, and after graduating from UNCW he found himself enjoying the simpler life down in Rincón. He enjoys the surf, sand and easy going lifestyle of this colorful and fun island.
When it comes to work Timmins is dedicated to making sure that your event runs smoothly and that your every need will be taken care of. We have a wonderful staff to ensure that your event runs smoothly and everyone has a great time at any of our events. Kelly
Local Graphic Designer and Fine Artist Kelly Meagher lends a hand with all of our custom design work. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Kelly worked as a bartender in beautiful Savannah while earning her degree.
Since then she has worked in all aspects of the service industry, but brings her expertise behind the bar as well as her design background to the Rincon Events team. As our Beverage Director she coordinates the bar options and signature drinks and provides excellent service as bartender for your event.

Joe
Joe Love is a passionate chef. Originally from New York, Joe has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. As a professional touring drummer, he worked in many kitchens on the east coast and in Puerto Rico.
He has worked with some incredible chefs that Joe humbly claims to have molded his cooking style. Joe looks forward to sharing his love for cooking with you, and is thrilled to be a part of your experience with Rincon events.
Ryan
Ryan Wykoff, born and raised in Michigan moved to the Island in January 2008 to kite-board, surf and explore. Falling in love with the island’s consistent winds, perfect waves and laid back lifestyle.
In late 2011 he started Radical Rincon Kite and Surf a kite-boarding school and adventure tourism company. For Rincon Events Ryan works setting lighting, serving food, bar tending and anything else that needs done.
